The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XHAHX-P3RA or 489XHAHXP3RA is a mechanical-shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power from 46 to 55 HP, backed by strong tapered bearings for greater load-bearing capability compared to needle-bearing designs.
