The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XLDAX-A5RB or 489XLDAXA5RB is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings, fitting most Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and an output power range of 46-55 HP, supported by strong tapered bearings for greater load-bearing capability compared to needle-bearing designs.
