The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XLDAX-A4XK or 489XLDAXA4XK, is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO built for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others with an 8-bolt mounting aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening without an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 250 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM, scaling to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
