The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XLEVX-A4AZ or 489XLEVXA4AZ, is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating that potential leak path. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers output power in the 46-55 HP range. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capacity. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
