The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XSAHX-A4XY or 489XSAHXA4XY, mounts directly to 8-bolt manual transmission openings including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate leak path while delivering intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range. Output is delivered through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key, and shift is accomplished via wire/cable mechanical actuation. The 489 Series shares internal parts with the Chelsea 442 Series, uses tapered bearings instead of needle bearings for greater load capacity, and supports 27 output configurations.
