The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489ZQDAX-A5XY or 489ZQDAXA5XY, is an 8-bolt mechanical-shift PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers up to 46-55 HP output. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
