The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power from 46 to 55 HP. The round output shaft measures 1-1/4" with a key drive.
