The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off (part number 890JAFJW-D3XY or 890JAFJWD3XY) is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO built specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output flange at the rear of the transmission, tucking between the transmission and frame rail to free up clearance that side-mount PTOs cannot provide. A one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found on extension-style units, and the clutch is located at the rear of the PTO housing to let the gear section sit tightly against the transmission. The SAE C ("XS") output uses Wet Spline technology to protect the PTO and pump shaft under continuous-duty loads. Shaft power reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM, with a continuous-duty torque rating up to 670 ft-lb.
