The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890JBFJW-D3XY or 890JBFJWD3XY, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series relocates the pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, giving the pump adequate clearance where standard side-mount PTOs fall short. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission. The SAE C output uses Wet Spline Technology to extend pump spline life in demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque is rated up to 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque exceeding 501 ft-lb. Shaft power output reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 10-bolt mounting pattern includes a supplemental rear-bracket for added support.
