The Chelsea 912AHAE-AXXHA or 912AHAEAXXHA is a 912 Series split shaft power take-off designed for Class 7 and Class 8 trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. It mounts in the driveline between the transmission and rear axle, making it the right solution when the transmission has only one or no PTO openings. Three 8-bolt openings accept a wide range of Chelsea PTOs, so it can drive multiple pieces of auxiliary equipment simultaneously. The output shaft is a 2-3/4 inch 10-tooth spline, and input/output connections include SPL-170, SPL-250, 1610, 1710, and 1810 series flange options or a no-flange configuration. Shift is air-actuated. Applications include pumper/cleaner trucks, fire and rescue vehicles, tire service trucks, and oil and gas mobile equipment.
