The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272ADKUP-G5RK or 272ADKUPG5RK, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO designed for medium-duty applications in aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck markets. It uses pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM platforms. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. The 272 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
