The 272 Series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options, making it adaptable across a wide range of medium-duty vocational applications including aerial equipment, construction machinery, towing and recovery vehicles, and water trucks. Direct-mount configurations are available with optional Wet-Spline technology, which is designed to extend PTO and pump shaft service life.
