The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272NBHVP-B5RE or 272NBHVPB5RE, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built on Chelsea's 272 platform. It mounts via a 6-bolt pattern and shifts pneumatically or via PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). The output is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key.
