The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XAAJP-B3XR or 272XAAJPB3XR, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO designed for medium-duty applications across towing and recovery, aerial, construction equipment, and water truck markets. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM, among others. The 1-1/4" round output shaft includes a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), and the unit includes an integral air control valve. The 272 Series delivers continuous torque up to 300 lb-ft and intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range, with output reaching 56+ HP.
