The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XAAJP-H5RK or 272XAAJPH5RK, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty work trucks across towing and recovery, aerial, construction, and water truck applications. It features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM platforms. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. Continuous torque rating reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque falls in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Output power exceeds 56 HP at the upper end of the operating range.
