The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XBAJP-V5RF or 272XBAJPV5RF, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO engineered for medium-duty vocational applications including aerial, towing and recovery, construction equipment, and water trucks. It mounts with a 6-bolt pattern and delivers a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), and the unit includes an integral air control valve. Intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm); continuous torque reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) subject to application-specific de-rating. Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW).
