The Chelsea 272 Series power take-off assembly, part number 272XMESX-V5RS or 272XMESXV5RS, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO built for medium-duty applications in aerial, towing and recovery, construction equipment, and water truck service. The 272 Series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401 to 500 Nm) and output power of 56 or more HP. Shift options include pneumatic (air) and hydraulic. The series features an integral air control valve, rotatable flanges, and an optional Wet-Spline output for extended PTO and pump shaft life.
