The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XSAJX-A5RK or 272XSAJXA5RK, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO built for medium-duty work trucks in aerial, construction, water truck, and towing and recovery applications. It uses a pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift mechanism and ships with an integral air control valve. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM or 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
