The Chelsea 281GDFJP-G8RF or 281GDFJPG8RF is a hydraulically shifted, hot-shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 281 Series, designed for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture including Allison applications. It carries a single continuous duty torque rating up to 390 lb-ft and delivers 56+ HP of output power. The 281 Series is an evolution of the 280 Series, adding a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an o-ring sealing configuration for improved clamp load, and an 80% thicker clutch pack to resist premature tooth wear.
