The Chelsea 281 Series Power Take-Off (part number 281GGFJP-D8AB or 281GGFJPD8AB) is a hydraulically shifted, hot-shift PTO designed for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture, including Allison and Caterpillar transmissions. The 281 Series carries a single, continuous duty torque rating of 390 lb-ft (529 Nm), with nine available speed ratios spanning low and high ranges. It mounts via a 10-bolt flange and offers multiple output configurations including SAE B and SAE C pump flanges, ISO 7652 pump flange, and driveline outputs. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an 80% thicker clutch pack resists premature tooth wear.
