Additional Information

The Chelsea 281 Series is suited for demanding vocational applications including fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper/cleaner units, and refuse vehicles. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce interference issues at installation. The Positive Stop feature on driveline outputs eliminates oil seal damage from coupling contact. Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) provides an added layer of protection for driven equipment. Parker Chelsea publishes a dedicated parts list (HY25-2281-M1/US) and an owner's manual covering the 267, 281, 288, 871, and 878 Series for reference during installation and service.
