The Chelsea 281GGFJW-N5RZ or 281GGFJWN5RZ is a 281 Series Power Take-Off built for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture, including Allison and Caterpillar transmissions. This hydraulically shifted hot-shift PTO mounts directly to the transmission and supports continuous operation. The 281 Series is an evolution of the Chelsea 280 Series, incorporating a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an o-ring sealing configuration for improved clamp load, and 80% thicker steel discs in the clutch pack to resist premature tooth wear. Nine speed ratios cover low- and high-speed applications. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce pump clearance interference.
