The Chelsea 282GTAJX-V3RK or 282GTAJXV3RK is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for continuous-duty applications requiring up to 300 lb-ft of torque. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key and supports both air (pneumatic) and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. Output shaft power is rated at 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1000 RPM. Compatible transmission manufacturers include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other applications. Direct-mount outputs are available with optional Wet-Spline technology for extended PTO and pump shaft service life. Driveshaft output configurations include a positive stop to prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes. The 282 Series is suited for aerial, construction equipment, towing and recovery, water truck, and home fuel oil delivery applications.
