The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XBAJX-A5RY or 282XBAJXA5RY, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for demanding continuous-duty cycles. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation, making it compatible with transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm), with continuous-duty capability up to 300 lb-ft. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP (1,000 RPM). Typical applications include aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery.
