The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off, part number 282XDAJX-P3RY or 282XDAJXP3RY, is an 8-bolt hot-shift PTO rated for continuous-duty torque up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve included in the assembly. Shaft power output reaches 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1000 RPM. The 282 Series is designed for demanding applications including aerial lifts, construction equipment, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery.
