The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XGAJX-13BD or 282XGAJX13BD, is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot shift PTO designed for demanding continuous-duty cycles. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve built in. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output runs 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmission manufacturers include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others.
