The Chelsea 282XGAJX-13RY or 282XGAJX13RY is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 282 Series. This series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401 to 500 Nm) and is available with pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift options. Output shaft configurations in the 282 Series include a 1-1/4" round shaft with 5/16" key and a 1" round shaft with 1/4" key. The 282 Series features an integral air valve, rotatable flanges, and an optional Wet-Spline output for extended pump and PTO shaft life. The Chelsea 282 Series was developed as a redesign of the medium-duty hot-shift PTO platform, combining the 238 Series foundation with upgraded components. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift configurations. The direct-mount outputs include an optional Wet-Spline design to extend service life of the PTO and pump shaft. Driveshaft output versions include a positive stop to prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes.
