The Chelsea 282XMAJX-13RY or 282XMAJX13RY is a medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 282 Series, one of the most versatile PTOs in its class. The Chelsea 282 Series was redesigned to combine the best elements of the 238 Series with upgraded moving parts capable of handling up to 300 lb-ft continuously or intermittently. The series includes nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options. Direct mount configurations offer optional Wet-Spline technology for extended PTO and pump shaft life. Driveshaft output versions include a positive stop feature to prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes. The integral air valve and rotatable flanges simplify installation across a wide range of truck and equipment configurations.
