The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XGAJX-A3RK or 282XGAJXA3RK, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for versatility across a wide range of truck applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission configurations. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve included. The 1-1/4" round output shaft features a 5/16" key and mounts to a rotatable SAE B 2- or 4-bolt flange. Continuous torque is rated at 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque falls in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Shaft power at 1,000 RPM reaches 57 HP (43 kW).
