The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XKAJX-P3XV or 282XKAJXP3XV, is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift PTO designed for demanding continuous-duty applications. It accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The 1-1/4" round output shaft with 5/16" key accommodates a range of direct-mount and driveshaft configurations. Shaft power output runs 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 282 Series carries intermittent torque ratings of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and supports continuous-duty operation up to 300 lb-ft -- verify actual ratings on the application pages.
