The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E1CX or CS8SU6809E1CX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It fits a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for flexibility in remote pump drive applications. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
