The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off, part number 282XMAJX-E3RK or 282XMAJXE3RK, is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot-shift PTO designed for demanding mobile equipment applications including aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm).
