The Chelsea 282XMDAX-B5RY or 282XMDAXB5RY is a medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series. This series uses an 8-bolt mounting pattern and supports both pneumatic and hydraulic shift operation. The 282 Series delivers intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm), making it a capable choice for aerial, towing and recovery, construction equipment, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications. Output shaft options within the 282 Series include round shaft configurations with either a 1-1/4 in. round shaft with a 5/16 in. key or a 1 in. round shaft with a 1/4 in. key.
