The Chelsea 282XPAJX-13XD is a 282 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for medium-duty hot-shift applications. Part of Parker Chelsea's redesigned 282 Series, this PTO uses an 8-bolt mounting configuration and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift options. The Chelsea 282 Series was developed as a redesign combining the legacy 238 Series with upgraded components. Moving parts are built to handle up to 300 lb-ft continuously or intermittently. Direct-mount configurations offer an optional Wet-Spline interface for extended PTO and pump shaft life. Driveshaft output versions include a positive stop to prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes. The Smart Start option supports high-torque startup situations.
