The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XSAJX-V5RK or 282XSAJXV5RK, is a medium-duty hot shift PTO built for continuous-duty operation. The 8-bolt mounting flange fits transmissions from Allison, Volvo/Mack, Eaton/Fuller, and other manufacturers. Output is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve included. Shaft power reaches 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 282 Series supports Wet-Spline and Smart Start options for high-torque start-up conditions.
