The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XSDAX-15BV or 282XSDAX15BV, is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift PTO designed for demanding continuous-duty applications. It accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and delivers shaft power of 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key suits direct-mount and driveshaft configurations. Intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm), with continuous torque capability up to 300 lb-ft, subject to application-specific de-rating. Compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission platforms.
