The Chelsea 489 Series PTO Assembly, part number 489XHAHX-S3XD or 489XHAHXS3XD, is an 8-bolt unit designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and other compatible applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Wire/cable mechanical shift is the configured shift type on this unit. The 1-1/4" round output shaft with key delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
