The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XHITX-V5XK or 489XHITXV5XK, is an 8-bolt PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with keyway. The series delivers 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM shaft power, with an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft.
