The Chelsea 489XLAHX-W3XP or 489XLAHXW3XP is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible applications. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key option. Wire/cable mechanical shift is standard on this configuration. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (check application pages for actual ratings), with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
