The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XQITX-V3GF or 489XQITXV3GF, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and others. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate used on some configurations, reducing potential leak paths. Shift is via wire/cable mechanical actuation. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
