The Chelsea 489ZLDAX-A5GQ or 489ZLDAXA5GQ is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate that is a common leak point on other designs. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway.
