The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off, part number 823XGAKW-M5XS or 823XGAKWM5XS, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, and pumper/cleaner trucks. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits transmissions from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other manufacturers. The lever/mechanical shift unit delivers up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) intermittent torque, with shaft power rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" 10-spline with a 1410 Series companion flange, and direct-mount pump outputs are supported. Continuous operation is available with a 30% de-rating.
