The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871LCFJW-B5TZ or 871LCFJWB5TZ, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series replaces the Chelsea 870 Series and brings significant upgrades: a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap to resist vibrational stress from modern engine designs. The series supports continuous torque up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers flexibility across a wide range of vocational applications, including fire and rescue, refuse, truck cranes, and pumper-cleaner trucks.
