The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XAFJP-B3RZ or 871XAFJPB3RZ, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit broad application flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper/cleaner, and truck crane installations. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, reduces vibrational stress from modern engine designs. The compact housing profile keeps clearance conflicts to a minimum. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available.
