The Chelsea 871XCFJP-B3XV or 871XCFJPB3XV is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. The compact housing reduces clearance issues common in tight installations. Torque capacity reaches up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) across nine available speed ratios, with thirteen output options covering a wide range of driven-equipment requirements. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improve clamp load and counter the vibrational effects of modern engine designs. The wet spline pump flange protects both PTO and pump shaft for extended service life. Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) and an optional SmartStart feature are available to protect driven equipment and reduce shock loads at start-up.
