The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XDFJP-D5RY or 871XDFJPD5RY, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of vocational installations, including fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper cleaners, and refuse vehicles. A ductile iron bearing cap, rated 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap address the vibrational loads common in modern engine designs. The compact housing profile reduces clearance conflicts during installation.
