The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XDFJP-B5RY or 871XDFJPB5RY, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries continuous torque ratings up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty, and supports shaft output of 64 HP at 500 RPM or 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give this unit broad application flexibility across fire and rescue, truck crane, pumper cleaner, and refuse equipment. The compact housing reduces installation clearance concerns. The 871 Series replaces the earlier Chelsea 870 Series, incorporating a ductile iron bearing cap and an O-ring sealing configuration to counter engine-induced vibration.
