The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XDFJP-D5SV or 871XDFJPD5SV, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series supports continuous-duty operation with a torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m), nine available speed ratios, and thirteen output configurations. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibration-related wear while improving clamp load. The compact housing minimizes clearance concerns during installation. Optional features include Wet Spline pump flange, Quiet Gear input, SmartStart shock-load reduction, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC).
