The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XDFJW-D5RY or 871XDFJWD5RY, is a compact 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The series delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with nine available speed ratios and thirteen output options, covering SAE B, SAE BB, SAE C, and DIN pump spline configurations as well as companion flange outputs. A ductile iron bearing cap - 117% stronger than gray iron - and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduce vibration-induced wear and improve clamp load. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, Quiet Gear input, SmartStart shock-load reduction, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) make the 871 Series one of Chelsea's most configurable PTO families.
