The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XEFJP-B3RS or 871XEFJPB3RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic-shift) PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty use. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give you the flexibility to match a wide range of driven equipment. The compact housing keeps clearance issues to a minimum, and the ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron. This unit carries an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap to control vibration and improve clamp load. The Wet Spline pump flange option extends service life on both the PTO and pump shaft. Available options include Quiet Gear input, SmartStart for reduced shock load at start-up, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC). The 871 Series replaces the Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
